Building Long-Term Financial Thinking Through Education
Our learning program focuses on developing patient, disciplined approaches to wealth building. We teach practical frameworks that have stood the test of time, helping individuals make informed decisions over decades rather than days.
Why We Teach Differently
Most financial education promises quick wins. We don't. Because the reality is that sustainable wealth takes time, patience, and a shift in how you think about money altogether.
Time horizons matter more than timing
We spend weeks on understanding compound growth patterns and how small decisions today ripple across decades. It's not exciting, but it's honest.
Context before strategy
Before we discuss any investment approach, we work through economic history, behavioral patterns, and why most people struggle with long-term thinking. Understanding context changes everything.
Real numbers, real scenarios
Our case studies come from actual market cycles, including the uncomfortable ones. You'll work through downturns, uncertainty, and the psychological challenges that come with staying patient.
Individual circumstances vary wildly
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice. What works for someone in their 30s with stable income looks completely different from someone approaching retirement. Our program respects that.
How the Program Unfolds
We've structured this as a gradual journey. Each phase builds on the previous, giving you time to absorb concepts and apply them to your own situation before moving forward.
Foundation Building
We start with economic fundamentals and market history. Not the simplified versions you find online, but the messy reality of how markets actually behave over extended periods.
Months 1-2Personal Assessment
Here we get specific about your situation. Risk tolerance isn't just a questionnaire—it's about understanding how you actually react when your portfolio drops 20%. We work through those scenarios honestly.
Months 3-4Strategy Development
With context and self-awareness established, we explore different approaches to wealth building. Asset allocation, diversification principles, and tax considerations within the Irish system.
Months 5-6Implementation & Maintenance
The final phase focuses on creating sustainable systems. How do you stick with a plan when markets get volatile? How do you adapt as life circumstances change? These questions matter more than initial strategy.
Months 7-9Who Guides This Journey
Our instructors have spent decades in markets, through multiple cycles. They've made mistakes, learned from them, and developed perspectives that only come from actual experience.
Tomasz Lindgren
Portfolio Strategy Instructor
Tomasz spent 22 years managing institutional portfolios before shifting to education. He brings a pragmatic view on asset allocation and has lived through every major market event since 1998.
Siobhan Kovalenko
Behavioral Finance Lead
Siobhan's background in psychology and finance gives her unique insight into why smart people make poor financial decisions. Her sessions on investor behavior are consistently rated as eye-opening.
Eliska Donovan
Economic Context Specialist
Eliska teaches the history and mechanics of economic cycles. She helps participants understand broader market forces without getting lost in technical jargon or oversimplification.
Joining the September 2025 Cohort
We keep cohorts intentionally small—around 30 participants. This allows for meaningful discussion during live sessions and ensures instructors can provide individual feedback on your work.
Initial conversation
We start with a call to understand your goals and current situation. This helps us determine if the program timing makes sense for where you are right now.
Review program materials
You'll receive a detailed curriculum outline and sample materials. We want you to make an informed decision about the time commitment involved.
Enrollment confirmation
Once you're ready to commit, we'll send enrollment details and pre-program reading to help you get the most from the first sessions.
